1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a hike with Boots & Banter, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any booking or payment.

2. Hiking Services

Boots & Banter provides organized hiking experiences including:

• Guided hiking trips to various destinations
• Transportation coordination
• Safety briefings and first aid support
• Group coordination and community building

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings require advance payment via M-PESA (Pochi la Biashara)
• Payments must be made to: 0759344254. Any change will be communicated
• Your spot is only confirmed after payment is received
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice

4. Cancellation Policy

• 7+ days before hike: Full refund (minus M-PESA fees)
• 3-6 days before hike: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days: No refund
• No-show: No refund

5. Safety & Liability

• Participants hike at their own risk
• Boots & Banter provides safety briefings and first aid support
• Participants must disclose any medical conditions before hiking
• Follow all guide instructions during the hike
• Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited during hikes

6. Participant Responsibilities

All participants must:

• Arrive at pickup points on time
• Wear appropriate hiking gear
• Carry sufficient water and snacks
• Respect nature and fellow hikers
• Follow Leave No Trace principles

7. Photography & Media

By participating in our hikes, you consent to being photographed and filmed. These images may be used for marketing and social media purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the guide.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
